PRICING: Prices included in our product web page may change at any time without notice. We will try to keep them updated as fast as we can. All the pricing is figured on SINGLE items. Large quantity pricing available upon request. MINIMUM ORDER FOR SUPPLIES - Our normal minimum order is $30.00, but we will accept orders for less. There will be a $5.00 minimum order fee plus freight charges to all orders under $50.00. FOR EQUIPMENT - Our normal minimum order is $30.00, but we will accept orders for less. There will be a $5.00 minimum order fee to all orders under $50.00. All equipment will have shipping charges. NON STOCK ITEMS: Sales are final on special-order products - NO cancellations or returns. SHIPPING CHARGES: Because of the ever changing prices going up from FedEx and UPS (5 - 8%), we are having to change our policies on shipping. From now on, we have been lowering our pricing on supplies and now charging for shipping on all orders of a single item or for orders in quantity less than $50.00. Over all, those ordering more than one item should make out better, we will continue to pay shipping on quantity purchases . We charge only what we it cost us. Priority overnight delivery shipping charges will be charged on any order. All equipment will have shipping charges. PAYMENT TERMS: Terms are available to those who qualify. While credit approval is pending, we will ship COD that includes an additional $5.00 fee per box by the carrier. You may prepay with company check, cashier's check or money order. Overpayments will be credited towards items on next purchase. Returned checks will be assessed a $25.00 bank charge. CREDIT POLICY: To begin the credit process, please complete and sign the credit application, found in the left column, and fax to us at (770)360-9990. Credit is granted to customers who provide satisfactory trade and banking references. PRODUCT RETURN PROCEDURES: All products being returned (whether defective or otherwise) must have an approved RETURN AUTHORIZED # (RA#) written clearly on the outside of the shipping box. Any product returned without this number clearly written on the outside of the shipping box will be refused at our dock. Any returns for any reason other than product being defective will have a $25.00 restocking fee. To obtain a RA#, call or email us and provide the following information: Your customer name Invoice number Part number to be returned Quantity to be returned Reason for return DEFECTIVE PRODUCT: We will not issue an RA# on an order after 180 days from the invoice date. All defective products must be sent freight pre-paid. BOTTLED COPIER TONER SUPPLIES: All products are checked and in stable condition before shipping and are therefore not returnable. all sales are final. CARTRIDGE-BASED COPIER AND FAX SUPPLIES: To obtain a RA# for these types of products, Automated Office Solutions will require a letter from the customer describing the defect along with a copy of how a copy is being printed should it be a printing problem. APPLE BRAND SUPPLIES: Due to manufacturer's restraints, Automated Office Solutions will not accept any returns - defective or non-defective product. RICOH LASER PRODUCTS: Automated Office Solutions cannot credit defective Ricoh products for any reason. Defective products must be returned directly to Ricoh. Call 800-882-4858, ext. 1. XEROX/TEKTRONIX: Defective claims must be issued directly to Xerox by the end user. Please call 800-835-6100 (dial 1:1) WARRANTY: Products sold with manufacturer's warranty. Automated Office Solutions makes no warranty and will assume no liability for damages resulting from the use of any consumable in any manufacturer's equipment other than the vendor's warranty. NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCT: We will not issue an RA# on orders over 180 days from the invoice date. We grant credit for returns only if the product and the packaging are in resellable condition The cost to return the product will normally be the return freight charge. Returns are subject to restocking fees. PRODUCT DAMAGED IN TRANSIT: If you receive a product that has obviously been damaged in transit, please refuse the delivery. If you notice the damage after the carrier has left the premises, please contact the carrier and Automated Office Solutions. REPACKAGING PRODUCT FOR RETURN: All laser, copier and fax cartridges must be returned in its original packaging, including styrofoam insert, end caps, etc. We cannot give credit on any product when either the product or the manufacturer's boxes have been written on or otherwise marked in anyway. All product must be shipped in protective outer boxing, with RA# clearly printed on the outside of the shipping box. Any product returned without the RA# on the outside if the shipping box will be returned to sender. |
